We're on the hunt for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take charge of our
Malaga warehouse — someone who knows their way around a forklift, keeps a
tight ship and genuinely cares about doing things right.
You'll be the go-to person for everything from stock control to staff,
safety to supplier relationships. If you like variety, take pride in a
well-run operation, and enjoy leading a team by example rather than from

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Overseeing the daily routine of the warehouse — receiving, picking, dispatch, the lot
- Keeping stock organised and moving, from goods-in to customer orders
- Getting hands-on with forklifts and pallet jacks (safely, of course)
- Leading and supporting the warehouse team, setting the standard for how things get done
- Keeping the site safe, tidy, and compliant
- Building solid relationships with freight providers to keep deliveries running smoothly
- Spotting ways to do things better and making it happen
- Keeping management in the loop with clear, regular communication
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
- A current forklift licence and driver's licence — non-negotiable
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be chased
- A clear communicator who's comfortable with admin and numbers
- Someone commercially minded who gets things done without cutting corners
- A natural leader who works well independently and makes solid calls
THE DETAILS
- $90,000 - $100,000 + Super, depending on experience
- 80 hours per fortnight
- Based at our Head Office in Malaga, WA
