Position Overview
We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of daily operations at our Las Vegas facility. This role is hands‑on and leadership‑driven — overseeing receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, shipping, returns, safety, and labor performance.
You’ll manage a warehouse team on the floor, enforce KPIs, and implement best practices for e-commerce and retail fulfillment. You’ll also partner with operations and supply chain leadership to ensure accurate, on‑time deliveries for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking/packing, shipping, returns).
- Oversee inbound shipments, verify receipts against POs, and enforce quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory via WMS/ERP workflows and cycle counts.
- Ensure order accuracy, SLA compliance, and resolve carrier/delivery exceptions.
- Hire, train, and manage warehouse associates while promoting accountability and safety.
- Implement SOPs for receiving, fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Track KPIs and run regular shift huddles and performance reviews.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; maintain a clean, compliant facility.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience (DTC/e‑commerce or distribution preferred).
- Proven success managing receiving, inventory, and outbound shipping.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite, ShipHero, or similar).
- Hands‑on leader with strong people management skills.
Preferred:
- Lean/Kaizen process improvement experience.
- Spanish language skills.
