WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Job Purpose Warehouse Manager: Is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the 3 warehouse facilities at Mikart LLC, including stock accuracy against the ERP system, stock control, labeling, and movement to GMP. All standard operating procedures required to ensure robust operation are created and updated by this manager. Accountabilities Compliance with the Mikart standards for Quality and EH&S, maintaining the materials systems that facilitate compliance.

Supervising all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy of lot information, quantities, codes, etc., for all receipts and shipments. Accurate distribution and return of materials from work orders, ensuring proper stock rotation based on FIFO, and verifying that all raw materials and packaging components are securely maintained, appropriately labelled, and in designated areas. Inspection and verification of controlled substances upon arrival to ensure integrity of containers.

Coordinating destruction of rejected materials in compliance with appropriate procedures. Efficient operation of the warehouses and use of required resources. Essential Job Functions Makes decisions based on professional judgment, experience, cGMP regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Ensures warehouse personnel handle controlled substances in strict accordance with procedures. Maintains warehouses, shipping offices, equipment, and transport vehicles in a clean, neat, and orderly manner and ensures security is maintained at all times. Trains and develops personnel in proper procedures for correct and safe handling of materials, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and safety requirements.

Develops all SOPs required for operation, cleaning, and maintenance of warehouses in all facilities. Ensures all orders for direct and indirect materials are received in the ERP system. Undertakes cycle counts to verify stock accuracy.

Manages personnel to ensure seamless coverage during vacation periods, etc. Direct Reports The Warehouse Associate(s) will report to the Warehouse Manager. Salary Mikart, LLC offers a competitive compensation program and comprehensive benefits package to our employees.

Strong people management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage servicing diverse demands from multiple groups within the organization. High levels of initiative, particularly in continuous improvement, and tenacity. Education And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in lieu of qualifications; in-depth experience with cGMP production and packaging. 7+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical processing industry and 3+ years progressive management experience in manufacturing organizations; commercial supply chain experience is essential.

Significant experience in using an ERP system. Knowledgeable in scheduling and continuous improvement. Physical Demands Ability to function in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
