Warehouse Manager

Ironman 4x4 is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure stock is received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and drive inventory performance through effective planning and reporting.
• Ensure DIFOT targets and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Drive workplace health and safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to maximise productivity and accountability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and deliver accurate operational and performance reports.

About You

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience using warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred).
