Warehouse Manager
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join Fábrica de Municiones de Granada (FMG) , a leading company in the defence industry.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are key.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leading day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping
- Ensuring materials are available to support production on time
- Managing inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS systems
- Leading and developing the warehouse team
- Driving continuous improvement and warehouse efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and defence industry requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain
- Previous leadership experience managing warehouse teams
- Experience in manufacturing or another highly regulated industry ( defence or aerospace is a plus )
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory management
- Communicative level of English
- A hands-on approach, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
