Job Description – Warehouse Manager (E-commerce / D2C Brand) Position: Warehouse Manager Industry: E-commerce / D2C Brand Location: Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi-110034. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who has worked with an E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Healthcare, or Consumer Goods brand. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, dispatch management, and team handling while ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of daily orders across marketplaces and D2C channels. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.

Monitor inward and outward stock movement and ensure proper documentation. Handle warehouse staff, supervisors, and third-party logistics teams. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Minimize inventory discrepancies, damages, and stock losses. Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory accuracy, and productivity. Ensure proper space utilization and warehouse organization.

Implement SOPs and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards. Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Customer Support teams. Manage return orders, RTO inventory, and reverse logistics processes.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management review. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 3–8 years of experience in Warehouse Management. Prior experience with an E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Healthcare, or Consumer Brand is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes. Experience handling high-volume order processing and dispatch operations. Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and Excel reporting.

Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple warehouse operations efficiently. Preferred Experience Experience managing warehouses handling 1,000+ orders per day.

Exposure to marketplace operations such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc. Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer product brands will be an added advantage.
