Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager – Chilled Food Manufacturing (Ireland)
A growing Irish chilled food manufacturer is hiring a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead all warehouse, stock control and transport operations. This role combines daily operational leadership with continuous improvement, people development and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high stock accuracy, rotation & traceability
- Manage cycle counts, returns, damages & short shelf-life
- Oversee transport, carriers & external storage
- Lead and develop the warehouse team; manage rosters & performance
- Report on service levels, accuracy, productivity, labour & logistics costs
- Drive improvements across layout, processes, systems & efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality & H&S standards
What You Bring
- Strong warehouse & logistics management experience
- Leadership of people, stock, transport & customer service
- FMCG / food / chilled experience highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with operational data
- Experience with WMS/ERP
