We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our Adelaide team, based in Morphett Vale. This is a diverse role combining warehouse operations, inventory management, spare parts coordination, logistics, customer service and workshop support.

Working closely with our Service Technicians, Sales Manager and broader team, you will play a critical role in ensuring parts, equipment and customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect and unpack incoming deliveries.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control processes.
  • Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
  • Process spare parts enquiries via phone and email.
  • Prepare spare parts quotations and process customer orders.
  • Support Service Technicians with workshop and machine preparation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records within the company's ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and spare parts operations.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
  • Experience in warehousing, spare parts, logistics or inventory management.
  • Experience within mining, construction, industrial equipment, automotive or mechanical industries would be highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical information.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • ERP, inventory or accounting system experience.
  • A practical, hands-on approach and strong service mindset.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle parts, tools and equipment.
  • Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
