About the role

Garlo's Pies are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse 2IC to join our team, working closely with the Warehouse Manager. This role requires a valid forklift licence and experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager to lead, train, and guide team members to keep productivity high.
• Picking and packing orders with care and accuracy
• Receiving and dispatching stock
• Working across ambient, cool room, and freezer environments
• Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safe
• Supporting the team to meet daily targets
• Following safety, hygiene, and food handling standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' warehouse experience
• Forklift licence (essential)
• Experience in operating high-reach and counter balance forklifts (essential)
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg and stay on your feet)
• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (PPE provided)
• Team player who communicates well
