Warehouse & Inventory Manager – Pharmaceuticals


Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (38-hour week)
Norwest, Sydney
Up to $110,000 per annum + Superannuation

Juv'ae is a rapidly growing healthcare organisation supporting one of Australia's largest cosmetic nursing communities. We are seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead our pharmaceutical warehouse, national inventory and logistics operations.


This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will take ownership of medication inventory, warehouse operations, compliance and reporting while leading a small warehouse team.


About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:



  • Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure medication availability while minimising excess, slow‑moving and expired stock.

  • Delivering accurate inventory management, including batch tracking, expiry monitoring, stock rotation and reconciliation.

  • Managing and reporting on freight, courier and warehouse operating costs, identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency. This includes managing supplier, freight and courier performance against agreed service levels.

  • Monitoring key warehouse KPIs, including stock accuracy, order accuracy, dispatch turnaround times, expiry losses, stock availability and logistics costs.

  • Ensuring full compliance with all pharmaceutical wholesale licence obligations, regulatory requirements and approved warehouse procedures.

  • Maintaining medication storage, handling, temperature‑control and record‑keeping requirements while ensuring ongoing audit readiness. Supporting internal and external audits and implementing any required corrective actions.

  • Leading the day‑to‑day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse and developing the warehouse team, including performance reviews and training.

  • Coordinating accurate and timely national medication dispatch and logistics.

  • Conducting scheduled stocktakes, investigating variances and implementing corrective actions.

  • Preparing regular inventory, logistics, cost, compliance and operational performance reports for management.

  • Driving continuous improvement across warehouse systems, workflows and processes.


What You'll Bring

  • Previous Warehouse or Inventory Management experience.

  • Experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare or another regulated industry (highly regarded).

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent inventory management experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to solve problems and improve operational processes.
