About the Role:

We’re looking for a capable and detail-focused Warehouse & Delivery Officer to join our supply chain team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing stock, accurate order processing, local deliveries, and the overall efficiency of the warehouse. If you enjoy working in a hands‑on, fast-paced environment and want to grow your career in the renewable energy sector, this position offers an exciting opportunity.

You’ll manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving and checking incoming stock, picking, packing and despatching orders, booking freight, assisting with customer and transport collections, and delivering orders to local customers. You’ll also support inventory control, including stocktakes, and help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment. For someone who enjoys dealing with people, the role also provides an opportunity to build positive relationships with local customers through deliveries and collections, and use those interactions to add value beyond the warehouse.

Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks are key to success in this role. This is a hands‑on position that works closely with our operations, logistics and sales teams to ensure stock moves efficiently and customers receive a high level of service. While the primary focus is warehouse and delivery operations, we’re also open to someone who has strong people skills and a good feel for customers and potential opportunities.

Where appropriate, you may assist the sales team by passing on customer feedback, identifying potential new business opportunities, or helping follow up on customer enquiries and orders.

Selection Criteria:

• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• Current driver’s licence and ability to undertake local deliveries
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to work
