Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Customer Administrator to join one of our client's fast-paced logistics and customer operations teams based in Leixlip.
The role is focused on ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse administration, customer communication and system management, covering stock, orders and reporting.
You will act as a key link between customers, warehouse operations and supply chain teams, ensuring a high standard of service and operational accuracy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide a high standard of customer service, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, procurement and internal operations teams.
- Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Accurately input, update and manage information across ERP systems, including SAP or similar platforms.
- Generate and distribute regular customer and internal reports.
- Support warehouse administration including stock control, goods in/goods out and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and customer operations.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years' experience in customer service, warehouse administration, logistics or supply chain support.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/WMS system is highly desirable.
- Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
