Warehouse Coordinator

This is a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, takes pride in their work, and can make sure installation crews have everything they need to get out the door and onto site each day.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries
• Picking and preparing materials for upcoming Solar & HVAC installations
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently
• Managing stock levels and completing regular stocktakes
• Organising tools, equipment and consumables
• Loading and unloading vehicles and deliveries
• Coordinating materials for installation teams
• Identifying and reporting low or missing stock
• Managing returns, faulty equipment and warranty items
• Helping maintain company vehicles, trailers and warehouse equipment

About you

• Reliable, punctual and organised
• Proactive and able to work without constant supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced trade environment
• Physically capable of performing warehouse duties
• Good at communicating with tradespeople and office staff
• Focused on keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Able to take ownership and responsibility for their role
• Confident using basic computer systems for stock and job management
• Forklift licence would be an advantage
