Location This is an on-site position based in Woburn, MA, supporting warehouse operations and deliveries to active construction job sites throughout the surrounding area.

Note Candidates must have warehouse, delivery, construction materials, inventory, shipping/receiving, or closely related hands-on operations experience. Candidates must also be comfortable lifting heavy materials, driving to job sites, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Our team supports a wide range of commercial building projects, and our warehouse operations play a key role in keeping materials, tools, and job sites running efficiently. Confidential Employer. Job Description Load, pack, wrap, label, organize, and prepare orders for scheduled deliveries.

Deliver and pick up materials, tools, and equipment from job sites as needed. Receive, count, sort, inspect, and process incoming warehouse deliveries. Check materials against paperwork to verify quantity, part numbers, descriptions, and accuracy.

Report damaged items, incorrect quantities, missing materials, or other discrepancies. Track tools, equipment, truck accessories, and materials moving in and out of the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and vehicle.

Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, field teams, and job site contacts. Help improve day-to-day warehouse flow, organization, and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications 1+ year of warehouse, delivery, inventory, shipping/receiving, construction materials, or related hands-on operations experience. Comfortable driving, maneuvering vehicles in tight areas, and delivering to active construction sites. Ability to read and understand packing slips, labels, product descriptions, quantities, and paperwork.

Ability to lift and move heavy materials, including up to 100 pounds as required. Strong reliability, organization, communication, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, and working in a fast-paced physical environment. Valid driver's license and clean/reliable driving record strongly preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
