Warehouse Assistant / Storeperson
Location: Aherla, Co. Cork
Contract: Three-month temporary position
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: 1st of October
This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. We are a busy Christmas illumination company seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant / Storeperson to join our team for a three-month period.
Reporting to the Warehouse you will support the day-to-day running of our warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, packed and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming goods and organise stock in the warehouse.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Operate a reach truck safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Assist with general warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly.
- Night time work will be required.
Essential Requirements
- A valid reach truck licence.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Manual Handling.
- Own transport to get to and from work.
- No issues working with heights.
