Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Process Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory management.
Liaise and communicate effectively with customers to support order fulfillment and resolve operational issues promptly.
Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain stock accuracy.
Receive inbound shipments and coordinate outbound deliveries in accordance with established procedures.
Organize and store inventory in designated bin locations to maximize warehouse space utilization.
Accurately pick, consolidate, label, pack, and inspect orders to ensure quality standards are met prior to shipment.
Palletize goods in compliance with export and shipping requirements.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety through routine housekeeping activities.
Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
Prior experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Valid forklift license is mandatory.
Familiarity with SAP and WMS systems will be advantageous.
