Warehouse & Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse & Purchasing Assistant to support our Pool Division with inventory, materials, purchasing, and daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and distribute materials and equipment.
• Prepare materials for construction and service jobs.
• Assist with purchase orders and vendor communication.
• Track inventory and identify low-stock items.
• Verify deliveries and packing slips.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Assist with returns, damaged materials, and warranty items.
• Help load and unload materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, purchasing, inventory, or construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
