We're now looking for aWarehouse & Fleet Specialistto join our Szczecin operations team.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations and coordination of materials and fleet activities, supporting our projects across Poland and Europe. Your main tasks will include:
- Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming deliveries in accordance with warehouse procedures.
- Picking, packing, and preparing materials for dispatch to project sites and other locations.
- Ensuring proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials within the warehouse.
- Keeping accurate inventory records in internal systems and ensuring proper labelling and storage of materials.
- Monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages and supporting cyclical and annual stock counts.
- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (UDT license preferred).
- Coordinating material flow with the Logistics, Operations and Project Coordination teams.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Reporting process non-conformities and proposing improvements within the warehouse area.
- Supporting the Warehouse Coordinator and taking over selected administrative or organizational duties in their absence
- Supporting the Fleet Coordinator with day-to-day fleet maintenance activities, such as coordinating tyre changes and booking vehicle services in Poland and across Europe.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with receiving, issuing, picking, and inventory control processes.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/warehouse management systems.
- Forklift license (UDT) or willingness to obtain one.
- Understanding of warehouse documentation (goods issue, goods receipt, stock transfers).
- Ability to work with scanning devices and handheld terminals.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards related to warehouse operations and material handling.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Good command of English at B1–B2 level, sufficient for daily communication and documentation.
- Familiarity with Kanban-based task management systems, such as Trello.
- Flexibility and willingness to support fleet-related daily tasks, such as service coordination, tyre changes, and vehicle maintenance follow-up.
