Warehouse Admin - Tickhill

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Admin to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role involves managing inventory, updating shipment statuses, and ensuring all documentation is accurate to support efficient warehouse operations.

Shift patterns:
* Working 5 days out of 7.
* Rotating shifts: 1 week on mornings 06:00-14:00 and 1 week on afternoons 14:00-22:00.
* 30-minute unpaid break included.
* Occasional weekend work as required by the client.

Pay rates:
* 12.88 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Admin:
* Minimum 37.5 hours per week.
* Previous experience in a Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role.
* Knowledge of using Warehouse Management systems.
* Good PC skills.
* Own transport is required due to the location of the site and lack of public transport.
* Must be within a 40-minute driving range.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Admin:
* 3-6 months experience in a similar role.

Role for Warehouse Admin:
* Receive and update shipment statuses, check deliveries against purchase orders, and inspect goods for damage.
* Manage inventory by scanning, labelling, and organizing items to maintain accurate stock levels.
* Enter load details into the load board or Transportation Management System.
* Manage bills of lading, shipping manifests, and proof of delivery forms.
* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
