Base pay range $300,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr About Us Our client is a fast-growing, Private Equity backed, SaaS business. We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead and build out our North American sales efforts and drive revenue growth. We are looking for a professional/proficient French speaker.

The Role As a VP, Sales you will be at the forefront of driving an exciting revenue opportunity for an established European company. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategic sales plan that will achieve the revenue targets for the company. This requires a deep level of expertise in enterprise B2B sales and experience building sales teams from the ground up.

Leading and managing the global Sales Team will also be a key responsibility. This includes hiring, developing, and coaching Account Executives to ensure they have skills to be successful. You will be responsible for creating a highly engaged and motivated sales team that encourages growth.

This role reports directly to the CEO, works very closely with the PE Fund, and will also be a member of the Leadership Team, helping to run the business overall. A key requirement of the successful leader will be to scale the current sales organization through an effective go-to-market structure, hiring and productivity. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets and objectives Hiring, leading and managing a team of Account Executives with plans to grow headcount in future years Internalizing and delivering the value proposition clearly and persuasively to a variety of different audiences, including C-Level executives Own sales forecasting / responsible for forecast accuracy Collaboration across departments inclusive of Marketing and Product Development to ensure alignment on strategy Motivating individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, development of creative sales incentives, and broadcast of results Create and roll-out a compelling sales compensation plan that aligns ideal outcomes for the company and incentivizes the right behaviors to ensure company success Building and nurturing key relationships with strategic customers and market influencers Monitoring market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and to adapt current strategies accordingly WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE: QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of software sales experience with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing successful sales teams Proven record of sales success in a software application environment.

Ability and track record of driving profitable revenue growth Experience working in early-stage companies and scaling organizations to $50M+ in revenue Experience navigating complex sales cycles with commercial and enterprise customers Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to excel Experience working with ROI, cost modeling and other quantitative techniques to educate and persuade buyers Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills Private equity or venture capital portfolio company experience a plus If you are excited about shaping the financial future of a dynamic and innovative company in the data management industry, we welcome you to join our team and be part of our journey toward continued success and growth!
