VP of Marketing (5691)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.

Salary

$180,000-$215,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Cyber industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy and roadmap
• Define and strengthen market position, value proposition, and brand presence
• Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive activity
• Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks
• Lead demand generation programs to increase qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue
• Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives
• Optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies across channels
• Track and report on marketing performance, ROI, and revenue contribution
• Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistency across all communications
• Direct content marketing, thought leadership, PR, and social media initiatives
• Strengthen the company's reputation and visibility within target markets
• Oversee website strategy, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and automation
• Utilize analytics and market intelligence to improve campaign effectiveness
• Manage marketing technology platforms, reporting tools, and vendor relationships
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
