VP of HR – Senior Living People Strategy

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5+ years in senior leadership. Responsibilities include aligning HR initiatives with corporate goals, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with multi-state employment laws.
