We are partnered with a rapidly growing start-up that is seeking a VP of Finance. The role reports directly to the CEO and will have a clear path to CFO. The position is hybrid in Downtown San Francisco.
Client will support relocation. Salary: 250-325k bonus & equity Responsibilities: Partner with executive leadership on company strategy, capital allocation, and long-term planning Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Deliver financial analysis and insights to drive performance and strategic decisions Build and scale financial systems, processes, and controls to support significant growth Oversee board reporting, investor communications, and overall financial narrative Manage capital structure and funding strategy Hire, develop, and lead the finance and accounting team Manage relationships with auditors, advisors, and financial institutions Required Qualifications: 15 years of progressive finance experience Investment banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting experience Must have experience in FinTech, HealthTech, InsureTech, or other highly regulated industry Experience in a rapidly growing environment Experience building finance functions from scratch If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
