Base Pay Range
$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Position Overview
The VP of Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that drives adoption of ColdSnapâs platform across multiple commercial verticals including (not limited to): corporate offices and breakrooms, college/universities, country clubs & resorts, car dealerships, education, and hospitality.
This leader will combine strategic vision with handsâon execution, bringing deep expertise in B2B marketing, channel development, and customer engagement within a hardware + consumables business model. The ideal candidate has scaled innovative products through commercial verticals and built brand equity that translates to enterprise demand.
ColdSnap seeks a fullâstack marketer who is fluent across a spectrum of marketing functions - including strategy, creative, analytics, automation, and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Marketing & Commercial Growth
- Develop and execute ColdSnapâs goâtoâmarket strategy focused on key commercial verticals.
- Create verticalâspecific campaigns, sales enablement materials, and case studies that demonstrate value to ColdSnap customers.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to generate qualified leads, shorten the sales cycle, and increase machine and pod utilization rates.
- Identify strategic partnerships and coâmarketing opportunities that expand ColdSnapâs footprint within key verticals.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop the ColdSnap brand voice to resonate with commercial buyers while maintaining consumer appeal.
- Craft a compelling story that highlights ColdSnapâs innovation and convenience.
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging across digital, sales, PR, and tradeshow/event touchpoints.
Digital, PR, and Event Marketing
- Oversee all digital and performance marketing efforts, including SEO, paid search, and digital advertising.
- Lead public relations and media campaigns that elevate ColdSnap as a disruptive leader in food technology and workplace innovation.
- Manage trade shows, events, and customerâspecific showcases.
- Build and mentor a highâperforming ColdSnap marketing team.
- Oversee external partners including creative and PR agencies, as well as marketing technology vendors.
- Foster crossâfunctional alignment between ColdSnapâs marketing, sales, and operations.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including executive leadership in B2B or commercial marketing roles.
- Proven success driving adoption of innovative hardware or CPG platforms across multiple business verticals.
- Strong background in commercial goâtoâmarket strategy and accountâbased marketing.
- Expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and CRMâdriven lead management.
- Experience with HubSpot (CRM), Shopify (website), and other marketing technology platforms.
- Exceptional storytelling, leadership, and crossâfunctional collaboration skills.
- Bachelorâs degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
