VP Finance & Accounting – Construction & Growth Leader

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a VP of Accounting & Finance for a well-established, diversified privately held business in the Greater Nashville Area. This role reports directly to ownership and will help guide company growth while improving financial infrastructure and supporting acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a CPA and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting and finance within construction and real estate/property management sectors.
