\nWe are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives – Voice Process.
\nThe ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls \n
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions \n
- Assist customers with product, service, and process-related information \n
- Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively \n
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required \n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions \n
- Meet individual and team performance targets \n
- Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction \n
Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Voice Process, BPO, Customer Service, or Call Center \n
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply \n
