Senior / Experienced Visualfiles Developer Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum Location: UK-based (Remote with 1 – 2 days in office per month) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Firm We are supporting a well-established UK legal and professional services organisation with a strong reputation for innovation, client service and long-term growth, with multiple offices across the UK. The Role We are seeking an experienced Visualfiles Developer to join the IT and Change team. This role will play a key part in the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of their Visualfiles Case Management System, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.

This is a mostly remote position , with – 2 days in office per month. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain workflows within the Visualfiles Case Management System Work closely with business Stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain scripts, integrations, and automation processes Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support Ensure best practice in development, documentation and change control Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes Key Skills & Experience Proven experience working with Visualfiles (essential) Strong understanding of Case Management Systems within a legal environment Experience with SQL and database design Knowledge of workflow design, scripting and automation within Visualfiles Experience integrating Visualfiles with other systems (e.g. document management, finance systems) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical Stakeholders Senior / Experienced Visualfiles Developer Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum Location: UK-based (Remote with 1 – 2 days in office per month) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
