Location St. Vital Centre, Winnipeg, MB 1225 St Mary’s Rd, Winnipeg, MB R2M 5E5, Canada The Role Our Retail Team is looking for a Visual Manager at our St. Vital Centre location in Winnipeg, MB.

The ideal candidate has a high sense of urgency, keen eye for detail and a driven mentality. As part of the store’s Junior Management team you will provide managerial support and supervise all staff while maintaining shop‑floor standards. You will create window and in‑store displays, maximize store profitability through enticing visual concepts, and ensure that JD Standards are followed throughout the store.

Duties / Responsibilities Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases by using creative visual techniques. Ensure mannequins, displays and windows are alternated through the seasons and retail calendar events. Analyze Oracle figures to assist with product placement and floor layout.

Communicate and provide feedback to the Town Merchandiser on visual merchandising activity in‑store. Set up and monitor in‑store promotions. Provide training and assist with team development on merchandising and displays.

Promote weekly development practices to grow current associates into future roles. Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance in line with company procedures. Work safely and responsibly at all times.

Lead by example in a highly professional manner. Skills / Experience / Knowledge Needed Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of visual merchandising experience. Creative, imaginative, and flair for coordinating product flow.
