VIP Yacht Nurse (£60k-£85k Tax-Free)

Join an elite private medical team as a 1:1 VIP Private Registered Nurse cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean. 

You will be part of a high-caliber, multicultural team of Western-Trained Qualified Nurses supported by Western Trained Doctors and Physiotherapists. This role offers a unique blend of acute clinical management and luxury international travel.

Elite Medical Team & Support

• Double-Nurse Shifts : For maximum patient safety and professional support, two nurses are always on duty together per shift. You will never work a shift alone.

• Professional Leadership: Work directly under the guidance of a Western Trained Lead Doctor.

• Multidisciplinary Support: The on-board medical team includes Western Trained Physiotherapists.

• International Environment: Join a diverse nursing team of various Western Trained Nurses, all held to the highest clinical standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Continuous 1:1 Care: Provide direct nursing care for a VIP client in a collaborative team setting.

• Medication Management: Responsibility for administering and managing the client’s complex medication schedule.

• Chronic Condition Monitoring: Use high-level clinical judgment to monitor health status and manage pre-existing conditions.

• Medical Coordination: Liaison with the Western Trained Lead Doctor and international specialists.

• International Travel : Accompany the VIP client aboard a luxury superyacht following a seamless seasonal itinerary, cruising the Mediterranean (Monaco, the Côte d’Azur, Ibiza, Mallorca, Marbella, the Algarve, and the Greek Islands) before crossing for the winter Caribbean circuit (including St. Barts, the Virgin Islands, and Antigua).

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Registered Nurse with a Western-accredited degree, 4-year BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of recent Acute Hospital experience (ICU, ER, or similar).

• Language: Fluency in English is required.

• Flexibility: Full availability for international travel on a Private Yacht.
