Job Description

Title: Vice President of Sales/Business Development Location: Seattle, Washington (relocation assistance within the US can be provided) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee a large team of Sales Executives, providing leadership, accountability, and development to elevate team performance. Proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions. Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Present streamlined technology solutions and conduct detailed analyses to address customized needs in challenging areas. Lead, coordinate, develop, and manage all aspects of the proposal process. Close deals, activate new relationships, and retain existing clients to drive business growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 10-12 years in sales leadership, with preferred experience in freight forwarding. Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
