You’ll be leading the evolution of our sales organization from top to bottom:

• Build and execute the B2B game plan to hit ambitious revenue targets.
• Turn a talented sales team into absolute top performers.
• Drive excellence across forecasting, pipeline health, and high-stakes consultative B2B negotiations.
• Forge critical relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners.
• Work directly with company founders and executives to spot new market opportunities and shape where CleanPlanet goes next.

• You’ve successfully led and scaled B2B sales teams in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, or environmental sectors.
• You know how to navigate long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and technical decision-makers.
