The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to executive leadership, responsible for leading efforts to establish a go-to-market strategy for security offerings in new, high-potential sectors. This includes conducting market research, building a strong pipeline of prospects, and monitoring the competitive landscape to drive sales of cybersecurity services. The role also involves leading and mentoring a global sales team, forecasting revenue, and collaborating with various departments to align sales strategies with company goals. Applicants must have 7-10+ years of sales experience, with a focus on market diversification and new business development, and at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. A proven track record in selling cybersecurity solutions, a strong understanding of cyber risk, security testing methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks are essential. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be excited about breaking into new markets, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred, along with a background in technical roles such as a cybersecurity auditor.
