The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic business development, meeting and exceeding growth targets, and executing go-to-market strategies to position the platform as the universal digital asset acceptance layer for merchants and financial partners worldwide. This executive will be at the forefront of commercializing the platform across various payment channels, with a focus on driving adoption of the digital asset value proposition and expanding processing volume in over 70 countries.

Key responsibilities include building and scaling strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and distribution channels, as well as managing deep integrations with banks, payment networks, and digital asset issuers. Applicants for the Vice President of Business Development role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in business development, corporate development, or enterprise sales, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position. The role requires extensive experience in payments, fintech, or merchant acquiring, and a proven track record of building financial rails at scale.
