Job Description
Vice President, Data Analyst & BI Location: Berwyn, PA Responsibilities Develop and implement data analytics strategies by utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dataâdriven opportunities, providing insights that support strategic decisionâmaking. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing robust data governance frameworks and conducting regular audits.
Lead initiatives to improve data management processes, enhancing data accessibility and usability for stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Drive the adoption of innovative data solutions by staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred. Typically 5â8 years of experience, with prior financial services industry experience essential. Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills with expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
Developing proficiency in Oracle SQL, Python, and Perl. Experience with Bert is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with crossâfunctional teams.
