The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (Heart & Stroke) is reimagining how it understands, engages, and supports the millions of Canadians who rely on, contribute to, and champion its mission. As the organization invests in a more connected, insight-driven, and constituent-centred future, it is seeking a Vice President, Constituent Engagement & Growth to build and lead its approach to constituent engagement across the organization.

This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, influence enterprise priorities, and champion the voice of the constituent across one of Canada’s most trusted organizations. You will help Heart & Stroke create more meaningful and personalized experiences that deepen engagement, strengthen fundraising, advance mission impact, and support the organization’s long-term sustainability.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Constituent Experience, Data & Innovation, you will serve as the business lead for constituent engagement. Working in close partnership with Mission, Fundraising, Marketing, Digital, IT, Data & Analytics, and executive colleagues, you will shape strategy, identify and prioritize the highest-value opportunities,help guide business priorities and technology investments, and lead a significant enterprise transformation. You will move comfortably from insight and strategy into testing, decision-making, and execution, working alongside teams to turn priorities into measurable results.

Technology will be an important enabler of Heart & Stroke's constituent transformation. You will help shape the digital, data, analytics, and AI capabilities required to create a more connected understanding of constituents and deliver increasingly relevant experiences across channels. Just as importantly, you will ensure constituent needs and organizational priorities remain at the centre of decision-making, bringing people together around shared priorities and demonstrating how stronger constituent insights lead to better decisions, greater impact, and sustained organizational value.

As the ideal candidate, you bring senior leadership experience in constituent or customer engagement, enterprise transformation, or a closely related area within a complex organization. You have built new capabilities, influenced change across functions, and translated insight into measurable outcomes. Strategic and commercially minded, you are also practical and action-oriented, comfortable setting direction, making trade-offs, engaging in the details, and helping teams deliver.

Curious, collaborative, and grounded, you have the executive presence and judgment to earn credibility, inspire confidence, and build alignment without relying on formal authority.
