We run a high-volume operation with consistent showroom traffic, strong internet lead flow, and a large new and used inventory. Salespeople who stay organized and follow up close deals here. The commission structure is straightforward and rewards volume.
This is a cradle-to-grave sales role — you own your customers from first contact through delivery and beyond. We have a dedicated Leads Manager whose sole job is to ensure leads are distributed fairly, follow-up tasks are completed, and reps have the support they need. Your leads are your business.
