Vehicle Delivery Truck Driver

Sci-Fleet Motors is a family owned and operated local business that has been servicing South East Queensland for over 40 years. Sci-Fleet has grown to be one of the largest organisations within the motor vehicle industry.

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Delivery Truck Driver to join our team at our Brendale Pre-Delivery facility.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and a great opportunity for an experienced car carrier driver who takes pride in working safely, looking after vehicles and delivering a high standard of service. You’ll play an important role in keeping vehicles moving efficiently between our Pre-Delivery facility and dealerships across South East Queensland.

You will be responsible for:

• Safely loading, transporting and unloading vehicles
• Carrying out vehicle movements between our Pre-Delivery facility and dealerships
• Ensuring vehicles are handled carefully and responsibly at all times
• Building positive working relationships with our Pre-Delivery and dealership teams
• Maintaining accurate transport paperwork and records
• Communicating effectively with internal teams regarding deliveries and schedules
• Adapting to changes in daily delivery schedules and priorities
• Following all company policies, procedures and Workplace Health and Safety requirements

About you:

• Current Queensland MR (Medium Rigid) Driver’s Licence – essential
• Previous experience transporting vehicles within the automotive industry
• Good driving history and sound knowledge of transport regulations
• Strong understanding of vehicle loading and safe load practices
• Commitment to safe and responsible working practices
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, organised and able to adapt to changing daily schedules
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
