Your role and responsibilities We are seeking a Veeva Vault Consultant with 5-6 years of experience to support and enhance implementations across Regulatory domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on configuration experience in Veeva Vault, along with functional exposure to Veeva Regulatory. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and translating them into scalable Vault configurations.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the US Required technical and professional expertise 4-5 years of hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault Veeva Vault RIM certification or regulatory domain training Strong experience in Veeva Vault RIM (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions publishing, Events) Solid understanding of regulatory processes (Submission planning, tracking, and health authority interactions) Hands‑on configuration skills: Objects, fields, lifecycles, workflows, page layouts Experience with RIM data model: Products, Registrations, Regulatory Objectives, Submissions Strong troubleshooting skills: Access/security issues, workflow failures, data inconsistencies Familiarity with Vault Loader and bulk data operations Basic understanding of integrations and REST APIs Knowledge of GxP and validation (CSV/CSA) practices Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions Preferred technical and professional experience Experience with advanced RIM capabilities: XEVMPD/IDMP concepts Knowledge of global regulatory standards and formats: eCTD, IDMP Experience with data migration and large‑scale RIM implementations Exposure to adjacent Vault modules (Quality, Clinical, or Safety) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
