How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: Assist in strategically maximizing store sales, achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress & results against key targets. Help foster a consumer centric mindset and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.

Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates and the in-store experience. Help coach and lead a team to exceed sales results. Ensure that the store team is engaging with each customer to create an authentic brand experience and assist with visual merchandising standards within the store.

Adhere to policies, procedures, standards and practices that align with company directives. Foster a great consumer experience in all situations, leading by example.
