Location Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van, Mallusk Showroom Hours of work Monday to Friday:08:30 – 17:30 Saturdays on a rotational basis Excellent commission scheme and on-target earnings Company vehicle Excellent work life balance Locally owned franchise Mercedes-Benz certified sales training 30 days annual leave (including customary days) increasing with length of service Subsidisied company canteen Group profit share scheme Death in Service benefit The successful candidate will have Proven sales experience with a strong record of achieving individual targets A proactive approach toward generating new business leads A keen interest in the motor industry Strong IT capability and confidence with digital platforms Excellent communication and presentation skills High levels of self-motivation and personal drive A full driving licence Key responsibilities Sell new and used Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles whilst delivering a first-class xwzovoh customer experience Use specialist product knowledge to support customers in making informed buying decisions Promote and educate customers on eVehicles and the Mercedes-Benz electric range Manage the full end-to-end customer journey, including vehicle handovers Maintain and grow an existing customer base while developing new business opportunities Identify and target prospective clients to maximise sales opportunities
