Validation Manager

QA Validation Manager As part of a UK wide facility and headcount expansion, we are delighted to be partnering with one of our longest standing clients to support the hire of a brand new position of a Validation Manager, who will sit as part of the QA team. At it’s core, this role is a Validation Manager but with a QA focus. The current business set up has validation expertise within the operations team but given the expansion of the business, they now need this function within their quality team.

This position will be responsible for a new projects team that is being formed that will include three direct reports. Validation activities will cover a full spectrum across new facilities, site expansions/modifications and new product introductions. Therefore, this role will require a versatile approach and strong capability in working across a range of projects at any one time.

Key experience: Established experience within validation engineering and quality assurance within a GMP pharmaceutical environment Managerial / supervisory experience is essential Validation knowledge across manufacturing, utilities and quality control advantageous Experience with sterile / aseptic dosage forms is essential Validation, engineer, quality, QA, facilities, equipment, cleaning, process, projects, GMP, NPI, documentation, protocol
