Position Title : UX Strategist & Website Quality Analyst* Experience Required : 2โ€“5 Years (flexible based on capability) About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic UX professional who can lead website and portal user experience initiatives from planning to execution. The role involves creating website UX strategies, conducting UX audits and quality checks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and presenting solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in website usability, information architecture, and UX quality control.

Key Responsibilities 1. UX Strategy & Planning * Prepare UX strategies for websites, portals, and digital platforms. * Analyze business goals and user requirements to define optimal user journeys. * Create sitemap recommendations, navigation structures, Wire frames and UX improvement plans. * Recommend best practices for usability, accessibility, and engagement. 2. Website & Portal Audits * Conduct UX audits for existing websites and portals. * Conduct stakeholder analysis and bear benchmarking for brands * Identify usability issues, inconsistencies, accessibility gaps, and conversion bottlenecks. * Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations. * Review websites for responsiveness, consistency, and user-centric design standards. 3.

UX Quality Control (QC) * Perform UX and UI quality checks before deployment. * Ensure consistency in: * Typography * Spacing and alignment * Button styles * Design systems * Responsiveness * User flow behaviour * Validate implemented designs against approved wireframes and UX standards. * Coordinate bug reporting and follow-up with development teams. 4. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with: * Content team * UI/Design team * Development team * Project managers * Co ordination with client service team and ensure recommendations are correctly implemented. 5. Client Communication & Presentation * Conduct client meetings and UX walkthroughs. * Present audit findings, UX strategies, and improvement recommendations. * Explain design rationale and user-centric decisions to stakeholders. * Support project discussions and requirement gathering sessions. 6.

Required Skills * Strong understanding of UX principles and usability standards. * Experience in website/portal UX audits and QC processes. * Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards. * Ability to review websites from both business and end-user perspectives. * Good eye for layout consistency, typography, spacing, and interaction quality. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams. 7. Preferred Tools & Knowledge * Figma * Adobe XD * Jira * Trello * Jira * Power point * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development workflows. * Familiarity with website analytics and UX metrics is an advantage. 8. Preferred Candidate Profile * Detail-oriented with strong observation skills. * Ability to balance user experience with business objectives. * Comfortable handling client interactions and presentations. * Proactive in identifying UX improvements and process gaps. * Strong team coordination and documentation skills. 9.

Nice to Have * Experience working with enterprise portals or large websites. * Exposure to SEO-friendly UX practices. * Experience creating UX documentation, wireframes, or heuristic evaluations. Employment Type : Full-time/ Department/UX / Digital Experience / Product Team
