Earn rewards through our internal referral scheme About the role As a Used Car Sales Executive for the prestigious Jaguar Land Rover brand, you will be an integral part of the customer experience, inspiring long-term engagement. You will sell a range of used cars and associated products while delivering the highest level of customer service.
You will work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions that meet their individual needs, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Sell used cars and related products to meet volume and KPI targets Build strong, long-term relationships with customers Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process Prospect warm leads and make sales calls to support business growth Maintain accurate records and reports using IT systems Organise and prioritise work effectively to meet targets About you... To be successful in this role, you must: Have specialist knowledge of used car sales and processes Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills Be able to achieve sales targets while maintaining KPIs Experience working in a face-to-face sales environment Experience in making sales calls/prospecting warm leads Be IT literate Hold a full UK driving licence Be able to pass a satisfactory DBS check If you’re passionate about automotive sales and want to build a career with a prestigious global brand, we would love to hear from you.
