Sam's Club #6260 8480 Hwy 64 Bartlett, TN 38133-4187 Position Summary This position provides member service and maintains checkout and aisle areas in a Sam's Club retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet members, verify membership cards, and assist with purchasing decisions. Process member transactions, including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, following company policies.

Maintain checkout area, merchandise layout, and aisle organization to ensure a safe shopping environment. Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to facility management. Handle paperwork, logs, and other required documentation accurately.

Assist with training new Member Frontline Services associates on processes, procedures, and technology. Support emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices. Identify and report shrinkage, damages, and potential criminal activity.

Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and service partners to prioritize tasks and improve processes. Apply company values of integrity, teamwork, customer focus, continuous learning, and excellence in daily work. Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.

Experience working with mobile retail applications. Compensation The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, or specific work performed.
