Position: Sr. US IT Recruiter (C2C Hiring) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. USA IT Recruiter with extensive experience in C2C sourcing, screening and hiring top technical talent for the US market.
Key Responsibilities: Utilize multiple sourcing channels - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct outreach to identify top talent. Screen candidates through resume review and phone/video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Negotiate offers and manage the closing process for selected candidates.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes. Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices to improve team performance. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Proven track record working with Implementation Partners and Direct clients Strong expertise on contract (C2C/C2H) hiring . Excellent understanding of technical skill sets such as Java, .NET, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Machine Learning and Software Development. Proficient with Ceipal ATS systems and recruitment tools.
