We are currently hiring Managed IT Support Engineers for our global support operations. This is a remote (work-from-home) opportunity supporting US-based clients. Candidates with strong technical expertise and the ability to work in a night shift environment are encouraged to apply.
Position: Managed IT Support Engineer (Tier 1 / Tier 2) Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Shift Timing: 6:00 PM โ 3:00 AM IST (US Shift) Working Days: 6 Days per Week Compensation: Up to โน50,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Provide IT helpdesk support (Tier 1 and Tier 2) to end users Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, and business applications Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Handle user provisioning and access control via Active Directory / Azure AD Perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls) Deliver remote support using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar Monitor system performance, backups, and endpoint security Support and maintain cloud environments including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform Required Skills and Technical Expertise: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, VPN) Experience with IT service management / ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) Understanding of endpoint security and backup processes Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Cloud and Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments Familiarity with cloud monitoring, identity management, and access control Exposure to server management and virtualization environments Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ Microsoft Certified (Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator) AWS or Azure cloud certifications Eligibility Criteria: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, managed services, or helpdesk roles Willingness to work in night shift aligned with US business hours Immediate joiners will be given preference If you are Interested please share your cv at our WhatsApp +91 89206 24649
