About The Role Unit Manager, Facilities – Ottawa, Ontario (in-person 5 days a week). Compensation Salary range (35‑hour workweek): 80,700–98,700 CAD. Annual bonus target based on base salary, potential payout up to double the target.

What You’ll Do Here Lead and supervise teams in the Ottawa office with occasional travel to sites and management offsites across Canada. Manage day‑to‑day activities of the Facilities and Reception teams, providing support to business operations and coaching staff. Supervise work of the team responsible for facilities inquiries and implement, monitor, and reinforce safety policies.
Supervise the reception team’s inbound calls and duty, supporting the manager in safety policy implementation. Drive team performance and support employee growth and engagement. Review, update and improve business processes to support operational excellence.
Collaborate with people at all levels to analyze requests and suggest solutions that meet needs while respecting priorities, policies and budget. Manage administrative support staff or call centre personnel, using resources to achieve performance objectives. Make decisions based on broadly defined policies, procedures and business plans, and coordinate the team’s work and day‑to‑day operations.
What You Bring To The Table At least 3‑5 years of similar experience. Customer‑driven mindset. Ability to work with thoroughness, integrity, independently and as part of a team.
Focus on excellence. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
Knowledge of real‑estate and building‑management fields is an asset. Manual skills. Good oral and written communication skills in English and French.
