Our client, a respected healthcare provider, is seeking an Interim Service Manager to oversee their key supported living services.

This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care during a period of organisational and service change. The Role: Provide operational leadership across your services, ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care. Drive compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, care governance, and internal audits.

Support services through any ongoing or historic care investigations or compliance actions. Foster a people-first, values-led culture, ensuring your teams feel supported, developed, and engaged. Working closely with the area manager to identify areas of improvement across your services What We’re Looking For: Experienced Registered or Service Manager within supported living, learning disabilities, or autism services.

Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality assurance frameworks. Proven track record of leading teams through periods of change and stabilisation. Ability to develop, coach, and empower staff teams, creating a positive and engaged working culture.
