One of Australia'shigh profile Federal Government departmentsis looking to engage an experiencedGateway Team Lead Operations Coordinator to be running of day-to-day operations whilst ensuring the availability of critical services and components across the complex federal government environment. The successfulGateway Team Lead Operations Coordinator will secure a12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 24 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate!
The successfulGateway Team Lead Operations Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Provides advice and guidance on the planning, design and improvement of service and component availability.
- Investigates all breaches of availability targets and service non-availability and initiates remedial activities.
- Manages and prioritises the schedules and communication of senior managers and leadership teams to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
The successfulGateway Team Lead Operations Coordinator will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience delivering or managing gateway, network, integration or secure service capabilities in a large and complex ICT Government capability environment.
- Proven strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across senior executives and technical team.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating complex technical and operational environment to produce and maintain solutions.
