Trio Automotive Group is a growing Roadside Assistance and Towing company, and we are seeking motivated and customer-focused NRMA Roadside Assistance / Tow Truck Operators to join our growing team. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a supportive and professional team.

About the Role

As an NRMA Roadside Assistance / Tow Truck Operator, you will provide high-quality roadside assistance and towing services while delivering excellent customer service. You will represent Trio Automotive Group professionally and ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating tow trucks safely and in accordance with company procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of allocated work vehicles
• Using tablets and computer systems for job records and training
• Providing professional and friendly customer service

Skills & Experience

• Current open car licence (Essential)
• MR or HR licence
• Sound knowledge of motor vehicles
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Computer literate and confident using smart tablets
• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work Weekends & OnCall Nights as part of a shared team roster.
